Help · Creator Earnings
The creator of the NinjaDeals post receives 100% of the attributable affiliate commission that NinjaDeals actually receives and reconciles. We take no platform commission and charge no fee.
Sharing someone else's post keeps their creator credit. Commission comes from your deal posts, and all amounts are in Indian rupees (INR).
No. A click is a tap through to the store — not an order and not a unique person. Clicks and views are measurements; clicks alone don't earn money.
A store must report an eligible order. Approval, receipt and reconciliation are needed before the amount moves to your Balance.
Yes. Normal posting rules apply. Every accepted deal has private Deal earnings, and its earnings eligibility appears there. Offline deals show no store clicks because none apply.
The rate is an estimate and can change. Store reports decide what you actually earn, and it is always subject to merchant validation.
Tap ⓘ next to the estimate to see its basis, any cap per item or order, and when it was last checked. An out-of-date estimate is not a current earnings promise.
We started measuring on the date shown on each deal; earlier days aren't available, and lifetime totals are never spread into invented daily counts. Today may still be in progress.
Shares count share actions, not confirmed recipients. Store clicks count taps, not people. In a date range, Likes count new upvotes in those days, not the current total.
Engagement dates are separate from store order dates. All times are India time (IST, Asia/Kolkata).
Balance is money you can withdraw now. Pending adds up three separate amounts — Pending, Confirmed and On hold — and "Know why?" shows each one.
A Confirmed amount is not in your Balance yet: it moves to your Balance after the store pays us and we reconcile it.
Lifetime earned adds what you have withdrawn, your Balance, any withdrawal in progress, and your Confirmed and On hold amounts. Pending is not counted because the store can still cancel it.
Withdrawn is money we have transferred to you and verified.
A cancelled order earns ₹0. Its trail says whether the store rejected it or reversed it after a return, with the store's reason when we have one.
Store-reported commission is provisional until it is validated and reconciled. The order value and your commission are different amounts.
Withdraw from ₹50 with no fee. We pay manually by UPI and aim to finish within 3 business days. There is no weekly cutoff and no automatic payout.
Only one request can be outstanding at a time. The first time, Withdraw asks where to pay you and for the terms; you can do this at any balance, before you reach ₹50.
Requested money is reserved for your withdrawal. It shows Withdrawn only after we verify the transfer.
Confirming transfer means we are checking a transfer. It is not a failed transfer — don't request it again. Keep the request open; the reserved money stays protected.
You can cancel a request only before processing starts. After a failed or cancelled request you can start a new one.
We only check the format, which doesn't prove who owns it. We verify the recipient before paying.
Changing your UPI ID never changes an existing request. We never ask for your UPI PIN — never share it with anyone.
Stores send order reports with a delay. No report yet doesn't mean there was no purchase, and an empty list doesn't confirm that nothing was bought.
"No purchase reported yet" on a click doesn't mean a purchase failed or that the shopper didn't buy.
"Reports updated" shows when we last imported a store report. Import time doesn't prove every purchase has been reported.
"Reports delayed" means the expected update has passed. "Report status unknown" means we have no verified report coverage yet.
A click's earnings show only the store-reported items attributed to that click, and each item has its own outcome. The reported purchase can be a different item from the deal you posted.
Store support depends on its current qualification and shopping route. An affiliate account alone doesn't make earnings active.

Open Earnings Help and pick the problem. An order number isn't needed: a click doesn't prove an order happened and store reports can arrive late, but you can still ask us to investigate without the buyer's order number. Add the deal and dates if you know them.
We aim to reply within 2 business days and update every 7 days while waiting. Store decisions and timing aren't guaranteed.
Up to five files: PDF, JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 2 MiB each. Hide unrelated personal and payment details. Never upload passwords, OTPs or UPI PINs.
Opening a case doesn't create commission or guarantee a store claim. Store claims have their own evidence rules and deadlines.
You can appeal within 30 days of a decision. New evidence, accounting errors and unpaid amounts can still be raised later. An appeal doesn't guarantee a store can reopen its claim.
A moderation decision about one of your deals is listed under Content decisions in Earnings Help, where you can ask for a review. A moderation review doesn't automatically change your earnings or transfer them to another creator.
The full terms are shown in Withdraw before you accept them. The key rules are summarised here.
